Prive 249 is a French restaurant which opens for lunch from Tuesday to Friday and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. The Thyme restaurant opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and offers a wide range of international dishes all cooked to a very high standard. The Cuvee Lounge bar has an extensive choice of champagnes and wines and features live entertainment some evenings. Other facilities that the Sofitel Hotel Brisbane has to offer are an outdoor heated pool with sun loungers, a fitness centre for the more energetic clients and a hair salon.
